The State of South Dakota One Stop in Rapid City is a 100,000-square-foot building with seven state agencies, previously located in various places across Rapid City. The Advanced Design team meticulously orchestrated the parking lot plan, grading, and optimal positioning of the building within the expansive lot. The site layout encompasses comprehensive considerations, including traffic control, drainage, and security measures.

The space features 202 general parking spaces for visitors and 309 secured parking spaces for employees on 9.7 acres.
